We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, positive and committed Intern HR assistant, preferably studying Business/Commerce with a HR focus or HR major.
2. Training & Development [Human Resources Department]
We will be accepting application for our Internship Mentorship Program and invite Psychology students to assist in the creation and development process of this exciting new program at Utopia.
We will be accepting applications for several Assistant Interns with a critical mind, and a really good eye for detail, interested in a role in Analytics. This role is a challenging, yet highly interesting for students who like working with a diversity of data and are interested in procedures and its structures. You will enjoy the thrill of analyzing people, the data pertaining to them and their performances.
4. Social Science Research Department
We are looking for Social Science Assistant Interns who will undertake research in the areas of physical and mental health, medicine, biology, pharmaceuticals and political science. You will work in teams under the supervision of the CEO to undertake research and develop planning documentation that will make a significant contribution to public debate and policy.
We are looking for someone who will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to deliver on her strategic goals and support her effort to reach the target. PA will provide administrative support and be the first point of contact for the Interns. She/he needs to have a good understanding of the organisation’s objectives and goals and have extensive knowledge of business organisation. Excellent communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality are the essential attributes for a successful PA.
6. Events Department
We are looking for Event Coordinators to assist in all aspects of the development and staging of [TED like] conferences held by Utopia. You will report to the Event Director and work closely with the Creative Director.
7. Legal Department
We will be accepting applications for Assistant Interns in our Legal Department. You will be involved in the current Australian mental health framework, engaging various stakeholders involved in the legislative process and internal restructuring, enhancing governance documents, increasing transparency and developing concrete guidelines for strategic and day to day operations.
We will be accepting applications for Assistant Interns in our Web Admin Dept [WordPress & Social Media savy].
We are looking for Creative Assistant Interns to work closely together with a Creative Director to develop and create many videos.
We are looking for Marketing Assistants who will work alongside the Marketing Director to determine and organise various marketing strategies. Areas of focus include advertising, public relations, journalism, sponsorship, and an event marketing.
11. IT Department
We will be accepting applications for Assistant Interns in our IT Department. Requirements: Computer Science, Engineering, Multimedia and related disciplines.
As a Research Assistant, you will be participating in Utopia’s Parenting Plus Program and contributing towards developing an interactive chat robot that assists with the parenting learning process. The research will predominately be based on topics related to parenting education and child development.
This Internship will give you the opportunity to:
