Katherine McCormick is CEO of the Utopia Research Institute and a devoted campaigner for mental health. Coming from an celebrated family in the U.S. she has followed in the footsteps of her kin, Katherine Dexter McCormick, not in the development of another Pill, but by seeking a way to provide health and well-being for every man, woman and child. As an [autodidact] Scientist Katherine has closely studied many areas of biomedicine and is grounded in the principles of the natural sciences such as biology and biochemistry. Even as a young child, Katherine had a fascination about diseases caused by biological, chemical, physical, and psychosocial elements. Katherine has always had the ability to develop concepts that create new paradigms and Utopia is a shinning example.
